Forums
Somebody is already asking, in public, for what you sell. Forums is the channel for answering them well — Reddit, Discord, X, a Slack community, a comment section.
You paste the thread. Selda writes the reply. You post it. Selda holds no accounts on those platforms, runs no campaigns there and posts nothing. The account is yours, the button is yours.
Forums is an add-on. The price is on the pricing page.
How it goes
- Paste the link or the text of the thread.
- Selda reads it against what it knows about your product and drafts a reply that answers the question first and mentions you second, in the language and the register of the thread.
- You edit, you post, and you keep the thread watched if you want to know when somebody answers.
Why it is not automated
A forum reply that reads as marketing is worse than no reply: it is your name, in public, under a post everyone can see. Posting is also against the rules of most of these places when a machine does it. So the last step is always a person, and that is not a setting.
