Channels
Selda does not own a sending platform. Every message leaves from an account you connected, in your name, and nothing goes out before a person approves it. Those two rules hold on every channel on this page and there is no setting that turns either of them off.
The channels are not equal, and the differences are the point:
| Channel | What it does | Who starts |
|---|---|---|
| Campaigns, follow-ups, replies | Selda drafts, you send | |
| Messages and invitations from your own profile | Selda drafts, you send | |
| Your workspace’s own number, conversations only | A person, always | |
| Forums | A reply to a thread you chose | You post it yourself |
| Your website | The one channel that faces in | The visitor |
Email is in every paying plan. The others are add-ons, each the same monthly price; the figure is on the pricing page and in the app under Settings → Plan and billing.
What Selda picks, and what you pick
Selda proposes the channel that fits the audience and says why. You decide. A campaign can run on email alone, on LinkedIn alone, or on both — and on both, a lead’s email and its LinkedIn message are paced as one budget, not two, so nothing goes out twice as fast as you meant.
Where replies land
Every reply on a sending channel comes back to the Sales Inbox in the app, on the thread it belongs to, whoever it was written by. Receiving is always free.
