Signature

The signature is the text under your name in every message, for example your name, title and company.

• Do now → write it once. Plain text is enough, many email programs hide images.
• You decide → one version per language, so a Finnish message gets a Finnish signature.
• Next → check it in Messages: it is part of what is sent.

In the app, the ? beside the page title shows this same list.
